Incident Update – UK Budget Server Downtime
Following a critical hardware failure on our old server, we have rebuilt everything on a more stable and reliable system.
As part of this migration, the server now has a new IP address: 178.211.139.3.
If you are using our nameservers (ns1.shoutcastradio.co.uk and ns2.shoutcastradio.co.uk), no action is required — records have already been updated. Otherwise, please update your records accordingly.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the incident, we were only able to restore from a backup taken two weeks ago. This was a situation entirely beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding.
